Its that time again

Yes time is flying by, we are now in the middle of August. Good news , remember my exams? hmmmm did i blog about it? Anyways I passed!! I was entirely shocked, since i only put in 2 weeks of studying. I'm thankful to the almighty. Now on to Financial Accounting and Q.M....I swear im going to at least put in a month studying :)

Movie Time!

Remember at one time in my life i lived at the movies? Every weekend i would be there in CC8 , popcorn in hand , drink at my side feverishly awaiting the start of some adventure. Then for some reason every time i entered Trinicity mall i felt sick to my stomach, maybe it was my mindset, maybe it was all the carbon dioxide floating around there, maybe it was just me being a wimpy bitch, whatever the case I stopped going. Now I'm back in the Cinema seat but not at CC8, I've upgraded to Movietowne....Its much more expensive...like twice the price of everything, is it worth it however? I would say so . The seats are much more comfortable, the ambiance is great and best of all people have manners. No loud talking , no shouting at the screen, no throwing popcorn just normal people taking in a show.

Anyways back to the Movie Kung Fu Panda 2 ..I have yet to see part one :/ but part 2 was extremely funny. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jack Black is really -the man-, the way he conveys expression in his voice is so unique and hilarious. I wouldn't mind seeing it a second time.

The best joke : The soot Sayer chewing on the Peacocks coat LOL!!!

Go see it and forget your problems even if its for 1.5 hours , you will feel refreshed at the end.

I'm living on the sun

Seriously this weekend was such a scorcher that i went temporarily insane. I started spinning furiously on my chair hoping to generate some type of whirlwind, it didn't work--I was just left dizzy and sweaty. So i upped and floored it to the mall, but to no avail ...seems like the mall was stuffy hott as well so grabbing some ice cream I left and realized that driving around in the car with the AC on high was the best option to keep kool.

And as usual the rain fell this morning. Monday! after no clouds in the sky all weekend :( , I'm hoping that the long weekend ahead would hold at least one day of rain so i can sleep in and maybe even get to sit outside in it for awhile.

Here's hoping that the week ahead is filled with loads of great stuff :)

I still have to figure out if i wanna be here or there :/, I love it here plus i've already clocked in 18K visits since I opened this baby up, it'll be hard to just walk away from that. I'm Back!

Wow been so long right. Life is busy now ....school, work plus balancing everything else.

Tristan started pre-school Monday past, wasn't he just born? Time really does just fly by, he's growing up so quickly and everyone is one step closer to becoming ashes. Scary thought i know.

I went NYC...fuck yes! It was awesome, not how i imagined it to be, personally I prefer London.

Have lots of stories to write, lots of stories to tell for now I'm just checking in ( i say that alot and then poof I'm gone for another couple months lol) But honestly my brain needs to get those gears moving again, and writing may help.

BTW i suck at school, nothing sticks...I suck at studying also ...I'm scared for exams ...I don't want to fail but failure is an inevitable part of life....

I came off Facebook ...why cause I'm too addicted, I'm always up in there playing Zuma trying to beat someones score gosh i wasted too much time there, I'll go back maybe in a couple months. In the mean time i Tweet so follow me Duran_Icewolf ...if you dare of course...and don't mind pretty mundane tweets..lol

So many things to touch on...so little time...I'll be back before the day is up ...I hope

Here are some brief pics of my Xmas decos. Not much to say about it lol, I think Christmas came and went in a blur of red and green. I didn't enjoy it as much as i usually do because of the rush of things. This year i promise to be better prepared so in the days before i wont be running around like a crazee man on crack looking for presents instead i'll kick back and relax.
