Yesterday (1/2 price Tuesday) my friend and I decided to make the trek down to Trinicity Mall aka the ghetto mall after work to look at Transformers 2. Arriving there i was taken aback by the enormous crowd of teeny boppers scurrying about the corridors...then it dawned on me...school is out. CRAP!!!, that basically meant the mall will be filled with these vile vermin until school reopens in September. Taking the escalator up towards CC8, the sounds of screaming, cussing and shouting permeated the air, sure sign that upstairs was crowded and o how it was. Transformers was sold out for the next 3 shows....which was the rest of the day, i think i glimpsed a sign saying that it was sold out today also. Didn't that movie open like a week now...is it that good that people would just go over and over? Anyways most of the movies were sold out, therefore we -2 grown men- were stuck with the movie UP. More on that later. The line to get in for Transformers was ridiculously long, it snaked outside the cinema close to the washroom at the far right of the entrance, people were shoving and pushing not to mention the noise....alot of people...it was showing on 2 screens after all. I laughed cause i was let in first because of the movie i was going to see....but maybe they were laughing at me because of the fact i was going to see UP...lol.. The cinema yesterday was madness, they were obviously understaffed, only one cashier at the concession stand , I didn't buy anything :(, i was left without any snacks. uggghhh what was the point of this post, o yea avoid the movies like the plague now that its "summertime" teeny boppers are ruling the mall right now.
