Defeated

I stopped my heart, it causes pain
But i yearn to feel again
My soul is dark, my mind blank
My breath cold as ice
I dwell in the past
It haunts me, like a ghost of a forgotten memory
It stalks me in the day
and tortures me at night
I only feel pain
I fall to my knees, on the cold earth

Unknown to the outside world
